Review: never again
The milwaukee tools are ok but the batteries are the worse I have ever used. I got 6 months out of mine. I also have panasonic products and there batteries last for years. MILWAUKEE GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR @&% AND MAKE A BETTER BATTERY.

Review: Years of shop use
I am a huge fan of my Milwaukee tools. I have had a 3 tool set of 18 volt cordless tools for at least 5 years. You could not trade me anything for them. In regards to the battery packs they don't seem to run down any faster than any other and I have DeWalt, Makita, Ryobi tools (none of which approches the quality of Milwaukee). I do have a theory as to why the Milwaukee packs appear to run down faster though. These tools are so much more heavily built it is my guess that it takes more juice to run them and therefore put more pressure on the batteries. A battery cell is a battery cell. It doesn't matter who makes it. The question in my mind is not the battery (within reasonable limits) but how well the tool holds up and does its job. No one does this better than Milwaukee.

If the cost of replacement is a problem go to [...] for the best battery refurbishing.

Review: Overpriced batteries don't last.
These batteries are overpriced and underperforming. One battery has completey died after only a few charge cycles and the other battery has trouble holding a charge.

Review: Milwaukee Tools the best there is at this price.
I own a large selection of Milwaukee tools and a few Hilti tools. IMO, getting Milwaukee products are like getting Hilti products for a little less money. However, if you work in punishing, demanding conditions everyday, all day, then Hilti may be the way to go for the very long haul. For 90%, Milwaukee is a good bet

Review: One of the two died
I had two of these, both look like new as I lightly use them. One died. The other still working. Manufacturer's defect is the only reason I can think of.
